Production Executive

Job Purpose:

To oversee the production activities of the Operators, ensuring consistent quality assurance and efficient management of resources within the area, in line with production targets and NFL’s goals and values

Key Responsibilties: 

• Execute daily production plans to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Supervise production processes for ketchup, culinary sauces, mayonnaise, and other emulsified products.
• Monitor batching, mixing, cooking, emulsification, filling, packing, and labeling operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, viscosity, Brix, and mixing times.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet specifications.
• Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available before production starts.
• Minimize production losses, wastage, and product rework.
• Improve production efficiency, machine utilization, and labor productivity.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance department to minimize equipment downtime.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), shift reports, and equipment logs.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead and supervise production operators.
• Train employees on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safe work practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement, cost reduction, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Experience and Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with 1-3 years of experience
