Job Purpose:

To translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs that encompass various mediums including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos and ensure these designs align with NFL’s brand identity .

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Analyse design requirements and develop engaging marketing designs, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital materials that maintain brand consistency
  • Evaluate relevant design trends and collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to implement them into new designs
  • Formulate new design ideas through sketches, design software, and collaboration with other graphic designers
  • Adjust photo layouts to scale, marking them accurately for optimal screen values for print reproduction
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce department to ensure a consistent design is applied when implementing graphic design elements across E-commerce platforms and websites
  • Work with IT developers to ensure proper implementation of graphics within a web environment to ensure consistency
  • Create prototypes of digital designs and collaborate with the marketing team to conduct testing, making necessary adjustments to improve visual appeal
  • Systematically organise and archive design files, implementing a clear file naming and categorisation for easy access in the future
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new software, integrating them into designs as necessary
